Deliveries

Botanic Building Supplies operates a next day delivery service for all standard stock items ordered before 4pm the previous day, i.e. orders received before 4pm are delivered within one (1) working day. All deliveries to site will be during normal working hours. However it may be possible in certain cases to facilitate a shorter delivery period such as same day delivery or out of hours delivery, which can be agreed in advance to accommodate the Framework Client. In these circumstances, Framework Clients should contact their account manager directly before placing an order.

Routine orders are dispatched from Botanic Building Supplies warehouse on a daily basis. Botanic Building Supplies will deliver all goods which form a single order as a single delivery unless otherwise agreed. Botanic Building Supplies will also deliver part orders as required, all within the specified or agreed time limits.

In the case where products are not in stock, notification will be given at the time of ordering as to the lead time to obtain a certain product and agree a suitable delivery date.

Botanic Building Supplies acknowledges that the minimum order value to any individual delivery location shall be €200.00 (excluding VAT). A delivery charge may be applied to any orders under €200.00 (excluding VAT).

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY LEAD-IN TIMES ONLY START FROM THE DATE OF A VALID PURCHASE ORDER.

In-Store Collection:

When placing orders, Framework Clients have the option of specifying that they will collect their order from Botanic Building Supplies premises in Drumcondra during normal opening hours.

When a Framework Client places an order, they will receive confirmation of when the item can be collected.

Botanic Building Supplies will agree with individual Framework Client’s suitable collection times, dates, quantities, addresses etc. within an agreed timeframe.

Botanic Building Supplies can offer technical advice on contract products if necessary.
